Ann Michael – Delta Think


Ann Michael is CEO of Delta Think, a business and technology consulting and advisory firm focused on innovation and growth in membership organizations and scholarly publishers. Ann has worked with clients to help them gain insight into their customers’ needs, define their strategy, build their product and services portfolio, implement new tools and technologies, and develop new skills and expertise. She is an ardent believer in data informed decision-making and was instrumental in the 2017 launch of the Delta Think Open Access Data & Analytics Tool, a comprehensive, interactive, regularly updated data set with diverse visualizations and extensive analysis. Ann is a Past President of the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP), a Board Officer for the National Federation for Advanced Information Services (NFAIS), a Board Director at Joule (a Canadian Medical Association company), a frequent organizer and speaker at industry conferences, and is a contributor to the SSP’s blog, The Scholarly Kitchen. She is currently pursuing her second MS, in Business Analytics, at the NYU Stern School.
